Apprentice Junior Account Executive

Successful candidate will demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills combined with IT skills.  Key to success is a willingness to learn, punctuality and reliability.

This role is apprentice based which means there is 4 days on the job training complimented by one day per week at college.  You will learn about all areas of the design to print process to support you in becoming a highly adept member of the client service team.

What you’ll deliver

  • Your day will vary, and plans will need to adapt to reflect changing priorities, so your ability to be flexible will be key.
  • Building projects, each client has different requirements, so you will be responsible for ensuring the correct client specific information is captured with accuracy.
  • Ensuring there is a steady flow of responses to artwork reviews by chasing late approvals
  • Receive and review incoming digital assets, checking format compliance and acknowledging receipt in full and uploading to Sunrise (Sun Branding’s management information system.
  • Ensuring accurate upload of completed artworks for approval.
  • Prepare accurate briefs for repro and despatch tasks
  • Support with the completion of other ancillary tasks
  • You will maintain your development portfolio

You are enthusiastic and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude daily.  Accuracy of information is an important part of the role, so you will need to be diligent, organsied and a good communicator both verbally and written.

  • Are a good communicator
  • Have attained GCSE level 4 or above in Math’s and English
  • Enrolled in college on a Business Administration / Client Service course
