I am a Vacancy Filler Customer, how do I log on to the recruitment software to manage my candidates?
Every Vacancy Filler user will be given their own personal login which will allow them access to an extremely secure, online portal. To log in, customers simply visit the Vacancy Filler Home Page (www.vacancy-filler.co.uk), click the login button at the top of the screen and then enter their username and password. If you are having any problems with this then please contact us via email, phone or live chat.
I need some extra help using the Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software, who can I ask?
As a Vacancy Filler customer, you have unlimited access to an experienced team of support staff based in our UK Offices. Can I migrate customers from my current solution provider to the Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software?

How much downtime will we experience during the implementation of Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software?
As a result of Vacancy Filler’s 48 hour implementation method, you will experience very little disruption to your recruitment activity. All of the hard work is done our end, so it is simply a case of dropping a few lines of code onto your careers page and you’re ready to go with our base product. We can then add various features such as video interviewing or criminal record checks in a subsequent phase.
What kind of support and training does Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software provide during the implementation process, and what happens after we go live with the system?
Vacancy Filler provides remote and on-site implementation services tailored to your requirements. Many base implementations can be implemented remotely keeping costs to a minimum and providing optimal flexibility when engaging your staff. Both at the time of implementation and beyond, Vacancy Filler have training staff on-hand to take your staff through the product. We will estimate at the outset the amount of time required initially and on an on-going basis so that there are no surprises downstream.

We understand that no software is perfect, but how much down time can we expect with Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software?
The Vacancy Filler system is architected with 100% redundancy using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We have dual, multi-tiered architecture with load balancers in between. The benefit of AWS over other suppliers is that we have complete control over the design and availability of the systems which means that we can increase the system resources as and when required. Because of the dual architecture, we are able to keep one stack available at all times whilst the other is being upgraded.
Are we charged for updates to the Vacancy Filler Recruitment Software platform?
Although some of Vacancy Filler’s features are utilised at an additional cost, all updates are free – this is just one of the many benefits of having a cloud-based software solution as there are economies of scale shared across our customer base.
